Amongst our existing tenants are some of Europe's biggest companies. These include:

The Agricultural Division of BASF plc was established in Hadleigh, Suffolk in 1973. In July 1994 most functions relocated to a new purpose built site at Cheadle Hulme in Cheshire. The site at Woolpit met all the requirements, being convenient for field trials, with good road access.

They are the largest seed group in Europe and in the top five in the world. When they were looking for a new site for their UK company Nickerson UK Ltd to undertake their agricultural research into new varieties of grain, they chose Woolpit Business Park. They needed a fall as part of the drainage for their internal trial beds, so this is what they got.

Other inward investors include, Virbac from France, Optical Vision from Eastern Europe, Stainbusters from Australia and Adanac with its origins in Canada.

Woolpit Business Park is also home to, The Gas Transportation Company, Portico, Container Systems, Lark Electrical and Falcon Promotions.
