Woolpit Business Parks is a family business, run by the partners, Bob and Trish Baker.

The partnership, R&P Baker, also operates a plant hire and contracting business, an active farm and our own team of builders. This group is a close knit team, influenced heavily by the family nature of the business.

All of this sets us apart very much from the majority of landlords. To our clients we like to be much more than a faceless corporation; we pride ourselves on maintaining close relations with them and being available for advice or assistance.

We operate business parks and industrial estates across Suffolk, each with a unique character and attractions. Our goal is to find the ideal premises for each client, whether that be in an existing building or in one designed and built especially for them.
